Your mindset is so important.
Do you take time for yourself? Do you have a morning routine that sets you up for the day? Do you make it a habit to be grateful?
There are some key ways to make sure your mindset is positive and you stay in a good frame of mind all day. You can choose how to react to every situation and the way you react makes all the difference. Life is happening for you, not to you. There is always something good or something you learn from every situation.
Trust the process.
Waking up grateful and going to bed grateful is a perfect start to changing your Mindset.
Do you meditate? Even as little as one minute can make a difference. Taking time to quiet your mind and focus on your breath is proven to have so many amazing benefits.

An amazing habit to develop is reading every day. Just a few pages adds up to a whole book in no time when you incorporate reading into your day. Before you know it, you have a stack of books you have read at the end of the year and the growth you experience is priceless.
Do you write in a journal every day? When you write, you not only express yourself and release anxiety and stress from what is going on in your life, you set into motion what’s to come. "What you write about comes about"is a common saying. Give it a try.
Write about your perfect vacation and write about it like you are there in present tense. Where are you? What is the weather like? Who are you with? What does it smell like? Is it sunny? Are you at the beach? Are you on a mountain? What food are you eating and what activities are you doing? What month is it? What year is it? What are you wearing? Write in details like you are there.
If anything, it’s a beautiful exercise to imagine yourself on vacation! Best case scenario, one day, you will find yourself there.
How about movement or exercise? Incorporating movement into your day increases your energy and your state of mind. It releases endorphins and increases your serotonin levels. Not only that, it keeps you young and your body functioning better.
Shake your butt a little. Dance to your favorite song. Try being in a bad mood after you bust a move or literally shake your butt, lol. Seriously, try it.
Whether you love to run or you go to the gym five days a week or you do yoga or you love to go for walks, incorporate some kind of movement into your day.
Your mindset determines how you look at life, how you experience life and ultimately what you attract into your life.
Our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves can hold us back and be a road block to being able to relax and leave the hustle and bustle behind. That’s one of the main reasons that we incorporate mindset training ahead of your retreat with us.
We understand the importance of planning out your new routines and making the time for mindfulness a priority. We will take you through a group training that will give you the tools and the time to apply these techniques, with us or at home!
